FUNDACIÓN AGROLÍBANO PROMOTES COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP STRENGTHENING

Fundación Agrolíbano continues promoting the strengthening of community capacities through the “Conscious Leadership” program by conducting a training session for community leaders from eight communities in the Choluteca territory. The training focused on strengthening knowledge in parliamentary procedures and the management of community organizational structures, promoting more participatory, organized, and efficient internal processes. Through this initiative, participants strengthened competencies related to leadership, decision-making, and community organization, contributing to the consolidation of structures with greater capacity for advocacy and coordination for local development.
