Fundación agrolíbano and the embassy of japan inaugurate improvements at the octber 12 basic education center

Fundación Agrolíbano and the Embassy of Japan in Honduras, celebrated the completion of the construction and rehabilitation project at the October 12 Basic Education Center. Funded through the Embassy’s Program, the project received an investment of USD 105,295 to build a new module with three classrooms and a sanitation facility. In addition, five existing classrooms were rehabilitated, and improvements were made to the principal’s office, perimeter fence, and main entrance gate. This initiative benefits over 300 students. The active involvement of the local community, educational authorities, and the Municipal Government were key to making this project a reality. Through this effort, we contribute to the achievement of SDGs 4 and 17.https://youtu.be/OL8W_RL7mgk?si=CjPDzrglrCtSkXGc
