More than 1,800 Students Benefited from School Health Campaign

From October 14 to 25, 1,867 preschool and primary school students from 24 educational centers participated in a personal hygiene and oral health campaign. The activities included workshops on handwashing and tooth brushing, led by 140 child facilitators trained by Fundación Agrolíbano through the Juntos por la Educación program. Each student received a toothbrush and toothpaste, in addition to fluoride rinses conducted by dental professionals. This initiative is part of the project “Improving Conditions for Inclusion, Retention, and Learning in Rural Schools,” co-financed by the British company Tesco and supported by local oral health personnel.
