Fundación agrolíbano strengthens conscious leadership in local communities

As part of its Conscious Leadership program, Fundación Agrolíbano delivered 11 Social Audit training sessions in 11 communities, with the participation of 132 community leaders (100 women and 32 men). These trainings enhanced their capacity to drive the integral development of their territories. Leaders worked with tools such as the Multidimensional Poverty Index (MPI) to identify unmet basic needs (UBN), assess community organizational structures, and improve governance through data-based decision-making. This process fosters a culture of accountability and effective planning, contributing to SDGs 1, 8, 11, 16, and 17.
