Fundación agrolíbano advances school reintegration and retention efforts across 18 communities in southern honduras.

During the first quarter of the 2025 school year, Fundación Agrolíbano implemented key actions to strengthen school retention in collaboration with 14 Parent Associations (APFs), successfully identifying and reintegrating children who were out of the education system. As part of this effort, school supply kits were distributed to 90 students in lower, middle, and upper basic education, while educational materials were provided to 240 preschool-aged children under the age of six. These initiatives are part of the Juntos por la Educación (Together for Education) program, within the framework of the project “Improving Conditions for Inclusion, Retention, and Learning in Rural Schools,” co[1]financed by Tesco. The project includes enrollment tracking, school[1]age population reviews, and home visits led by the APFs, with technical support from Fundación Agrolíbano. Through this collective commitment, we continue contributing to the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 4 and 17.
