Volunteers who illuminate: 200 leaders driving community transformation

To commemorate the International Volunteer Day, Fundación Agrolíbano brought together more than 200 leaders from 20 communities in Valle and Choluteca. As part of the Conscious Leadership Program, the Annual Experience Exchange created a space for learning and reflection, where participants shared initiatives, challenges, and best practices that strengthen volunteer leadership. This year marked the start of Integral Well-Being Plans in five communities. The event promoted a culture of peace, conscious leadership, and active participation, reaffirming the role of volunteerism as a driving force for social change. Through these efforts, Fundación Agrolíbano helps build stronger communities, contributing to SDGs 11, 16, and 17 and improving the well-being of thousands of families in southern Honduras.
