FUNDACIÓN AGROLÍBANO strengthens early childhood care

Through the Comprehensive Early Childhood Care Program (PAIPI), the Foundation supports children from pregnancy to age six, promoting safe maternity, exclusive breastfeeding and early detection of developmental risks. The program operates through pregnant-women support groups and 25 care centers in 18 communities, helping families provide nurturing and stimulating environments. Over 11 years, PAIPI has significantly reduced the Global Malnutrition Index—from 14.7% in 2013 to 4.46% in 2024—a result achieved thanks to coordinated work between Fundación Agrolíbano, families and strategic partners such as FAINC Bridges of Hope and We Love. These achievements reaffirm the Foundation ’ s commitment to child well-being and the Sustainable Development Goals.
