Strengthening comprehensive wellbeing among teachers, leaders, and volunteers
As part of the Comprehensive Wellbeing Program, teachers, community leaders, and volunteers from El Porvenir, Agua Agria, and Laurelada took part in a session focused on sleep hygiene and physical activity as key pillars of a healthy life. Participants reflected on the importance of restorative rest and received practical tools to improve their sleep habits. They also engaged in simple stretching routines and resistance band exercises, promoting physical activity as an accessible resource for maintaining health. This session is part of the ongoing training process that fosters self-care and amplifies the impact of wellbeing across families and communities in southern Honduras.
