Scholarships for Youth, for their education

What comes after basic education? For many young people, the path to secondary education becomes more complicated due to the lack of financial resources in their families. This often prevents them from prioritizing further education as they continue to face challenges in basic education. Thanks to the efforts of the Agrolíbano Foundation, options have been identified for their entry into secondary and higher education, ensuring continuity until they achieve their professional goals. This initiative has benefited 19 families, including 11 from communities where children have graduated from public basic education centers supported by the ADINAE program.

A total of 20 young people, 10 women and 10 men, are involved, with 10 new students for the 2024 academic year. Four of these students are enrolled through a partnership with the Luis Landa School of Agriculture. This effort contributes to achieving Sustainable Development Goals #4 and #17 by promoting inclusive, equitable, and quality education with learning opportunities in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
