Improving Child Care Conditions: Progress in Agua Agria and San Agustín Centers

The care centers in the communities of Agua Agria #2, in El Corpus, and San Agustín, in Namasigüe, continue to advance in their mission to provide comprehensive care to children under the age of 6. Through monthly sessions of nutritional and developmental monitoring, they promote child well-being by addressing key aspects such as human rights, education, health, and nutrition. These activities support the growth and development of the children, aligned with the objectives of the Comprehensive Early Childhood Care Program (PAIPI), promoted by Fundación Agrolíbano.
Thanks to the funding from FA INC Bridges of Hope and the active collaboration of the communities, significant improvements have been made, such as the construction of a hydrosanitary module and a storage facility. These infrastructures will strengthen the working conditions in the PAIPI centers, allowing them to continue their valuable work for the benefit of children. Through these actions, we contribute to the achievement of SDGs 1, 2, 3, 4, 16, and 17, promoting a more equitable, healthy, and sustainable community for all.
