Conscious Leadership: Driving Community Development

In the last quarter of 2024, the Conscious Leadership program has supported 5 communities in the process of formulating projects to participate in grant calls. The projects, which have been identified in school safety and the reduction of deprivations linked to multidimensional poverty, aim to improve the living conditions of the communities, prioritizing unmet basic needs.

Thanks to the participation of 87 community leaders (76 women and 11 men), the formulation of these projects is progressing with everyone’s commitment, contributing to SDGs #1, #3, #4, #6, #16, and #17. This process highlights the importance of local leadership and community collaboration in sustainable development.
